APA Southeast Challenge Player Page Our APA Southeast Challenges are offered each year for APA League areas located in the Southeast Region.

These tourneys are only for the Runner-Up teams from their local APA World Qualifiers. Team entries MUST be submitted by their APA League Operator.

We’re down to the final stretch before Panama City Beach!

Join us tomorrow, Thursday, September 3 at 5:00 PM ET for the official 2026 APA Southeast Challenge Player Meeting.

We’ll cover the important things your team needs to know before arriving, including tournament formats and policies, APA rules in effect, sportsmanship expectations, common player FAQs, and final event reminders.

🎱 2026 SEC MATCHUPS & START TIMES ARE SET! 🎱

During today's live Southeast Challenge Preview, we used a random draw to determine the order of teams in each Championship field. That draw determined the opening-round matchups and start times shown on these graphics.

📌 Your start time is SET and will not change.

We are reviewing the completed draws for one final step: if two teams from the same League Area were randomly matched against each other in the opening round, we will redraw that matchup. Any necessary redraw will change the opponent only—the start times shown here will remain the same.

All other matchups from today's live draw are set!

Official brackets will be published to CompuSport on September 4th.

📣 ROSTER REMINDER: Tomorrow is the Deadline for FREE Roster Changes!

Southeast Challenge teams, now is the time to give your roster one final look! 🎱

Thursday, August 20 is the last day League Operators can make roster changes at no charge.

If you know your team needs a change—or if you just want to make sure your roster is finalized correctly—please contact your League Operator before tomorrow's deadline.

Beginning August 21, roster changes will require a $50 administrative fee, and no roster changes will be accepted after August 31.

Once we've completed our review and verified player eligibility, preliminary tournament rosters will be released so you can scope out the competition.

Take a minute now to check in with your teammates and your League Operator so your team is ready to go. We're getting closer to Panama City Beach! 🌴🎱

The 2026 APA Southeast Challenge is headed to Panama City Beach, Florida—and this year is going to be our biggest and most exciting event yet!

For the first time ever, the Southeast Challenge will be held entirely at our beachfront host venue, with tournament play, lodging, vendors, MiniManias, and all the excitement under one roof. Stay where you play and experience a true championship atmosphere all week long!

League Operators are currently submitting team entries and coordinating host venue room requests for their advancing teams. Once that process is complete, any remaining rooms at the Boardwalk Beach Hotel & Convention Center will be released to the public at our special APA rate on a first-come, first-served basis.

🏨 The public booking link will go live on Monday, August 3 at 12:00 PM (ET).

If the host venue reaches capacity, we've also partnered with additional nearby hotels to offer APA players convenient lodging options. Those properties will be featured on the Southeast Challenge website, along with booking links or discount codes where applicable.

Whether you're competing for a championship, jumping into MiniManias throughout the week, traveling with teammates, or cheering on your local champions, now is the time to mark your calendars and start making plans for an unforgettable week of pool on the Gulf Coast!
