Hatha
This class starts slow with intention, essential oils, grounding and breath-work; working its way to greater intensity, ending with a soothing sound bath. During class you will challenge your strength, balance and flexibility. Each class is carefully crafted to emphasize safe movement and proper alignment. We take our time to set up each pose properly before moving to the next and modifications are always offered. If you are a beginner or an advanced yogi this class is for you.

WHAT TO BRING:
It is helpful to bring a towel/blanket to place under your yoga mat, Mexican blankets work great. If you do not have a yoga mat you can practice on a blanket or towel. Please bring water and wear sunscreen
