You bring the willingness. Iāll bring the plan.
This here is a trainer whoās actually been through some stuff. š
CRPS. Tendonitis. Carpal tunnel. A knee with no cartilage. Hip pain when running. Allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. Adrenal fatigue. Anxiety. Perimenopause. Menopause. And nowā¦post-menopause. (NONE OF THESE THINGS AFFECT ME ANYMORE.)
THANKFULLY, I AM PRETTY MUCH PAIN FREE!š(Unless I'm sore from my own classes.š¤£)
Iām still moving.
Iām still teaching.
Iām still lifting.
Iām still running.
Iām still challenging my body.
And I have more energy than Iāve had in years.
I donāt take prescription medications or OTC medications, and I take very few supplements.
I don't have a secret magic formula. Iāve just learned that your body needs you to participate in your own health and put the work in when you don't feel like it.
It takes consistency.
It takes discipline.
It takes learning how to work with your body instead of fighting against it.
And sometimes it takes modifying the plan, backing off, starting over, and refusing to quit.
Because getting older isn't an excuse.
Itās a reason to learn how to move better.
Thatās what Iām passionate about helping other women do.
Stronger for life. Right here in PCB. šŖ
