Reminder for the week!

Monday and Wednesday: Weight room 9-10 am (middle and high school athletes only)

Tuesday and Thursday: Weight room 5-6 pm AND Speed and Agility 6-7pm at track turf (middle and high school athletes only)

Wednesday: Open field 7-8:15pm, helmets and gloves needed 🥍

Anyone heading out to open field tonight- the crossways church is still open to drive through back to the field. There is a sign for an event they are holding saying it’s closed, but we have permission to use the driveway and parking lot.
