Tomorrow, Saturday, June 13, the pool will be closed for the day. We know this is frustrating, but we have very limited staff available this day which affects our ability to staff the pool in a manner we feel is safe for our patrons. Thank you for your understanding! We will see you Sunday!

Good news! Pana Public Pool's opening day is this Saturday, June 6th! Also, we will now start booking private parties. Message us on Facebook or call us at 217-562-4531 (please be aware that right now we are having technical issues with our phones. CTI is working on this as we speak, and we hope to be operational very soon!). Information about our 2026 season is provided below, and we will update information as it becomes available. We wanted to share another update on opening the 2026 season. Our crews are still working on needed repairs to the pool's plumbing and pumping system. Unfortunately, they have run into additonal, unexpected work. At this time, we cannot give a definitive opening date, but we are hoping for the second week of June. In addtion, we will not schedule any private parties until we have a firm opening date. Once again, we appreciate your patience as we get ready for this season! 💦🌊

We are sure you are all awaiting the announcement of the official first day for the 2026 season! Before we can get to that, there are some essential repairs to the facility that must be complete before any announcment can be made. The weather has hampered our crews ability to start tearing into the pool deck, but they have started today! Once repairs have been complete, then we need nice, warm, sunny weather to get the water at the proper temperature to open to our patrons. At this time, we are holding off on scheduling any private events until we have a firm opening date. Hopefully in a couple of weeks we will have that announcement! Please be patient as we work toward having another great season!💦🌊🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

The last day for the pool to be open to the public for the 2025 season is Wednesday, August 13th. The weekly night swim for next week is moved from Thursday to Tuesday, August 12th. Thanks for a great season!
