Sleeper Martial Arts incorporates many different types of fighting styles. Self defense, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, and Brazilian Jui Jitsu are all incoraporated into our curriculum. Our main goal is that you will be able to have confidence and ability to handle yourself in any situation, verbal or physical. Whether you are standing or on the ground, we will teach you the skills needed to protect yourself.

I wanted to give a shout out to Professor Rafael R Lovato Sr. If you haven't had him come to your dojo, you're missing out! Every time we have him out I find a gem of a technique. From white belt to Black belt, is a fun time. And he leaves you with plenty to work on! He has been coming to our gym for close to 10 years now and it's a blast every time. Thanks again Professor 🙌

The Black belt test is a true testament to perseverance. This year, we had two remarkable young ladies put their skills to the test. It's not about making it easy, it's about rising to the challenge. I expect our black belts to embody resilience, to stand tall in the face of adversity, and to fight with unwavering determination. Never give up, never yield. Be champions who serve with greatness. Congratulations Julia Shelton and Katelyn! I'm beaming with pride over the unshakeable grit, heart, and determination you've consistently shown on the mats.
