As I begin this new chapter with Rickson Gracie United Rickson Gracie United, it is important to me to recognize and thank those individuals who helped make it possible.

There were many years when my path took me away from my team and their students. During this time, a small group of people continued to proudly represent my name, my philosophy, and the spirit of my Jiu-Jitsu. Even when I encouraged them to build under their own banners, they continued to carry what I had shared with them forward, with loyalty, integrity, and a deep belief in the art.

I have never forgotten this, and I will always be grateful.

Being happy with what you choose to do in life is priceless.

I continue the beautiful mission of Jiu-Jitsu that my father and mentor, Master Helio Gracie, left for me.
