Why Men should do Pilates.

What is TRX? TRX Suspension Training is available to all fitness levels. It is a method of strength training that uses your body weight as resistance, using your core to stabilize throughout most exercises. You will be engaging opposing muscles to assist in movements and recruit others to help stabilize your body.

Peninsula Pilates was founded in 2022 by Lacey Hall who had a vision for a boutique Pilates studio in her home town. Her motto is that everyone should leave feeling better than when they walked in, either physically, mentally or both 🙌 She hopes to provide a supportive, cheerful environment to move our bodies at any stage in life.
