We unfortunately got word today from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources that the ecoli levels at Pleasant Creek State Recreation area were at 2500 MPN/100ml. This is over 10 times above the closure threshold from the Iowa DNR does not recommend swimming when levels exceed 235 MPN/100ml. The previous test had levels at 41 MPN/100ml

The triathlons are going to be duathlons for this event and the Aquabike and Swim only events will not take place.
