The Creighton School of Wrestling (CSW) is changing it's name to the Rogue Empire Wrestling Club. We have a new location in East Palo Alto
and will have a new design logo and fresh gear coming out soon.. The club was established in 2007 to provide a successful youth wrestling program in the Palo Alto/Mid-Peninsula area that serves youth ages 8 through high school. We have expanded that mission and opened our doors people at all levels and ages. We want to build state, national and international champions, while teaching the intrinsic values of our sport.

Jason Welch built an elite collegiate career at Northwestern, earning three NCAA All-American honors, a Big Ten championship and an NCAA runner-up finish while compiling a 116–22 record. Before college, he won three California state titles and finished 194–7. Welch later transitioned into coaching and now leads San Francisco State, where he has coached an NCAA champion and numerous national qualifiers.

Doug Schwab won an NCAA championship, earned three All-American honors and represented Team USA at the Olympic Games. As Northern Iowa’s head coach, he has produced two NCAA champions, 22 All-America honors and 92 national qualifiers while leading 11 teams to top-20 finishes. Schwab’s program reached ninth nationally, and he earned NWCA, Big 12 and Dan Gable Coach of the Year honors.

Tony Davis made history for UNI Wrestling. 🤼‍♂️

A two-time National Junior College Athletic Association national champion at Iowa Central Community College, Davis went on to become an NCAA champion and two-time NCAA finalist for the University of Northern Iowa.

After finishing as the NCAA runner-up at 149 pounds in 1999, Davis captured the national title as a senior, becoming UNI Wrestling’s first Division I national champion since 1963. He concluded his collegiate career with an impressive 111–10 record.

In 2018, Davis was inducted into the Glen Brand Wrestling Hall of Fame of Iowa, cementing his place among the state's wrestling greats.

Travis Lee changed the course of Cornell wrestling history. He became the first native-born Hawaiian to win an NCAA Division I national title, captured two NCAA championships, and became the first Ivy League wrestler to earn four All-American honors. Finishing with a 143–13 career record, Lee laid the foundation for Cornell’s rise into one of the nation's premier wrestling programs.
