The Berkshire yoga retreat was magical. We attended a nervous system meditation and breathwork reset, a mindful mountaintop excursion on a 150-million-year-old mountain, a chakra energy with sacred plant allies workshop, a myofascial self-massage workshop, a ceremonial cacao workshop, and of course some yoga and kundalini classes. There was amazing food, joyful and talented vendors, sunny weather, and an exciting night of music and dancing on Saturday night. It was a shifting experience which helped me pause, breathe, and gave me the permission to just be.

And to be able to do all of this with my husband was pretty frickin awesome....

He loves his tacos 🌮 😋 😆

Divine exhaustion is also now present but it was all so worth it ☺️

We all know how summer has a way of pulling us out of our routines. Travel happens. Schedules change. We are outdoors doing all the things we are prevented from doing during the winter hibernation months. Case in point, Jenna is out of town this Wednesday and Thursday, and her Mat Conditioning class is cancelled this week only. Also, I will be at the Berkshire Yoga Retreat in Massachusetts this weekend from Thursday to Sunday. Jenna will be covering my Sunday morning hip-opening class.

I signed up to partake in so many amazing events at the Berkshire yoga retreat, like a nervous system meditation and breathwork reset, a mindful mountaintop excursion, a sacred plant allies hike and outing, a myofascial self-massage workshop which I hope to integrate into the studio, some divine yoga and kundalini classes, and so much more!

I’m so excited bring back everything I learn and make it a part of the studio. Carrie Macrillo Carrie Macrillo still has some discounted tickets for 3 day passes if anyone is interested in attending this healing and sacred event. There will be delicious food, several vendors, concerts at night and beautiful views from the Jiminy Peak ski resort that the event is located on in the breathtaking Berkshires region. This month on April 25th will be the studio's first shamanic attunement workshop derived by the High Andean Mountains of Ancient Cultures of Peru. Peruvian shamanism is a rich tradition rooted in ancient indigenous practices, emphasizing healing, spirituality, and a deep connection with nature.

This is a series attunement with the next one scheduled for May 30th and the last one on June 27th. Join Host Brandie Kristle Furniss who will be facilitating this series to become attuned with the 9 energetic transmissions to realign our nervous system and activate a new inner healing within ourselves.

This is a meaningful event for me as the spiritual experience from my time in Peru a couple years ago has not left me. I met genuine Peruvian Shamans and witnessed their healing abilities firsthand, experienced an authentic ayahuasca ceremony, a temazcal ceremony (spiritual sweat lodge), and nourished myself everyday with fresh farmed Peruvian vegetarian food. Spirituality was in the air as soon we landed from the plane. I'm so blessed that my connection with Brandie here in NYS has allowed this opportunity to bring back a part of Peru to my studio.

This week's schedule below and take note I'll be covering Jenna's Saturday morning class on the 18th....

I'm so excited to have my newly layawayed(yes some places still do that) bench in the studio from Salmon Creek Cabinetry....it was one of those moments in life when you see something that you must have, even if you have no idea what you're going to use it for 😄 no worries it'll come to me lol

Hi Friends,

The sound bath event this past Saturday was so special that all who attended could feel the vibration of the room rise and the energy become so powerful. Thank you so much to Greg Fenlong with Luna Sol Sound, Scott Stoddart Fultz, and Haley Camp for their tremendous talents and contagious love and peace. The world can definitely benefit from more of this energy right now and I look forward to scheduling their next event at the studio 😊❤️

We’ll be planning for the studio’s Grand Opening on May 16th, so please stay tuned for updates on all the free offerings! Please tell your friends, family, and co-workers to stop in to see the studio and partake in a free 45-minute yoga class of their choosing, there will be a variety to choose from as well as refreshments, short reiki sessions and more!

While we're relaxed, we'll also be receiving reiki healing energy in your individual spots in the studio....you really don't want to miss it and it ends at 4:30, just before dinner time!

Hi Friends, and happy April 1st 🐞🌻! Take note of the schedule below and the Sound Bath with Kirtan and Reiki this Saturday the 4th from 3 to 4:30pm. You don't want to miss this as it will be an elevated sound bath with numerous instruments followed by Kirtan (chanting) which you can choose to partake in or just immerse yourself with the vibrations of the instruments along with the kirtan while simultaneously feel reiki healing energy moving through you from Haley Camp. It will be quite the spiritual journey!

I’m also excited to announce the studio’s first Shamanic Healing Workshop Series with the Peruvian Tradition of the High Andean Mountains- April 25th, May 30th, & June 27th. Receive the lineage rites and attunements of the Munay-Ki and receive your shamanic abilities from this tradition.
