🥎The Lady Panthers (3-1) come away with a 13-2 home opener win in 5 innings tonight vs Louisiana!!

🥎Riley Sutter led the Panthers going 2-4 (1B, 2B), 4 RBIs, 1 run scored, 1 BB. Sutter had a great night in the circle pitching 3 innings giving up 1 hit.

🥎Laney Weaver came in to close getting the win for the night, giving up 2 hits, 2Ks, and leaving 4 on base.

🥎Next up: the Lady Panthers travel to Mark Twain high school on Thursday. First pitch is at 5pm with Varsity to start and JV to follow.

Moberly Tournament Update:

🥎Lady Panthers beat Owensville 15-11; Laney Weaver with the win on the mound. Claire Swisher drove in 4 runs on 3 hits.

🥎Lady Panthers beat Mark Twain 10-7 to take 5th place! Marney Plunkett went 2-4, 1 run scored, and 2 RBIs to lead the Panthers. Lydia Steffen with the win in the circle.

Great job ladies! Awesome teamwork all around! And a great way to start the season!! 🧡🖤🧡🖤

Had a great day at the Mexico Jamboree vs Marceline and Mexico! 🥎 Even though we didn’t come away with any wins, we still saw lots of great things happening on the field and know we have some work to be done as well! It’s going to be a great season 🧡🖤

Lost 3-6 vs Mexico

Next up: Varsity @ Moberly Tournament on Saturday, August 29th. First game is at 10:30 vs North Shelby.
