Palmyra Junior Wrestling CHAMPIONS DON'T QUIT! The goal of Palmyra Jr. Wrestling is to teach the fundamentals of the sport of scholastic wrestling to children ages 5 to 15.

Our coaching staff is dedicated to helping youngsters develop their natural athletic skills, build a sense of teamwork, and have fun. We hope that through this experience your child develops:
