Masking units are the cover walls that hide the pinsetter machines (the guts behind scenes). In our case depending on the time frame they were installed, they may have hidden the people that set your pins before the automatic machines. The units we have are the Crown Imperial line by Brunswick which were released in the 50's. Our automatic pinsetters didn't go in until the early to mid 60's so it's possible they chose these over the solid more decorative Brunswick Gold Crown units for that reason. You see, the little square holes were there so the human pinsetters could see through them to aid in their safety and efficiency.

It looks like the word is out! As previously announced, Chris and Sarah will be taking over T&D’s Grill, with a soft launch of our new restaurant concept beginning June 5th and a tentative launch planned for June 10th.

As renovations and updates continue, keep an eye out for the official grand opening of Seven Oak Public House — a casual dining experience featuring dinner service on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, along with lunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays to start. As we settle into the space, you can expect to see exciting changes and additions to the space and offerings along the way. As we settle in, we plan to further expand our hours of operation.

As you can probably tell by our profile, we’re also excited to share our plans to reopen the bowling alley and introduce a casual pizzeria to the property. Feel free to give us a like and follow to stay in the loop as we move forward. In addition, we hope to bring back the Music on Main events and will be working closely with the village to help make that happen for everyone to enjoy this summer.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to become part of this community and can’t wait to share this journey with all of you.

Thank you for the warm welcome and support.
