If you’ve ever walked into the studio and thought, “Okay… but what does ALL of this stuff do?” 😂 — we’ve got you!

Our equipment isn’t just pretty to look at. Every piece is designed to add resistance, support, challenge, and variety to your Pilates practice.

➡️ The Chair — Small but mighty! Builds strength, stability & balance.
➡️ The Tower — Adds springs and attachments for even more ways to move.

Travis and I are so grateful for this incredible team(missing some)who shows up for each other, brings the energy every day, and creates a space where everyone feels welcome.

We spent some time away from the studio to laugh, connect, and bond. So thankful for these moments together outside the studio—and even more thankful for the community we get to build together inside it 🫶
