For those I haven’t met yet, Josh and I have watched a few hundred agencies stall in the same three places.

And what’s interesting is that the thing that gets you stuck changes as you grow.

Early on, you’re usually trying to get enough consistency to stop feeling like you’re starting over every month.

Then the agency grows, you hire some people, and suddenly the problem is different.

You have help now.

But you’re still answering the questions, checking the work, making the decisions, jumping into fulfillment, and keeping everything moving.

Then you grow again.

You have a real team. You have leaders. You have systems.

And somehow, you can still be the person the company depends on.

That’s why I don’t think you can look at an agency doing $20K a month and an agency doing $100K+ a month and give the owners the same advice.

They’re solving different problems.

One owner needs to build consistency.

One needs to build a team that can actually carry responsibility.

One needs to learn how to lead a company without being involved in everything the company does.

You can learn a lot from a training.

But there’s something different about sitting across from someone who has already worked through the problem you’re facing right now.

You hear how they thought about it.

You see the decisions they made.

And sometimes you realize the thing that felt like a huge obstacle in your business is actually just the next problem you need to learn how to solve.
