The new rack is here! This Rogue Combo rack is a badass new addition to The Gym. At 520lbs it can handle even the heaviest of squats and benches. This rack is also IPF legal so for any of our powerlifters it is the same as what you will use to compete.

With just over 3,600 square feet of warehouse-style space, we offer squat racks, plates, free weights (dumbbells), cable machines, barbells of all sizes, rogue racks, bands, yoga mats, stability balls, medicine balls, bosu balls, kick boxing and boxing options, battle ropes, TRX suspension options, rotary machines, FREE WiFi, showers, men and women's change rooms, lockers, free parking, outside amenities (weather permitted) and much more. There are a multitude of avenues to achieve your fitness goals and objectives. A one-stop-shop, if you will.

Our Personal Trainers are passionate about helping people get fit and stay fit. Our cardio area ranges from steppers to Stairmasters, Bikes, AMT’s, Elliptical Trainers, and Treadmills.
