Elizabeth Pearch, Life Coach After losing over 100 lbs, Elizabeth helps women achieve the dreams they thought were impossible. In Guess What? Nothing is wrong. Nothing. How do I know?

You want to live your dreams or maybe you'd like to achieve just one big goal finally. Overwhelm, procrastination, fear, doubt, and anxiety get in the way. I've been exactly where you are, and I work with women just like you. I've been overweight most of my adult life, and in 2010, I found myself sick, clinically depressed, and nearly 300 pounds. It was an impossible dream of mine to finally lose

weight. I hadn't been my "normal" weight since my early 20s and I felt like I was never going to get back to it. I felt frustration, shame, anger and I was at a loss for how to get a grip on the weight and my health. I wanted to be happy, but I didn't know how to get there. Here's what I Learned

I learned weight loss was not only a matter of what I put in my mouth but more importantly, it was about what was going on in my brain. My struggle wasn't with food. My struggle was believing there was something broken or wrong with me, and being fat and depressed was just my cross to bear. Now, I live in peace, happiness, and joy, grateful for the journey - the adventure. I'm not wrapped up in getting to the destination anymore. I've lost 100 pounds and counting, and the best part is I know I'm in total control of how I feel 24/7 because I know how I feel depends on what I am thinking. My job as a life coach is to empower women so they can achieve their dreams and live a life of love, happiness, joy, and fabulousness! I never want another woman to say she can’t go for her dreams because she doesn’t know how to get them. And here's some great news: One of my Super Powers is the ability to genuinely and authentically connect with women and teach them the tools I've learned and used to create a wonderful life. Here's the important thing to remember:

Your mind is playing old tapes in your head telling you the key to happiness is outside of you. Your brain wants you to believe someone or something in your life needs to change so you will be happier, wealthier, better, thinner. You've got the solution to happiness inside you and I can show you how to find it. You're living your life right now. What is possible for you?

Easter Sunday forecast for us here in Eagle River, Alaska. Four inches of snow. I know it will melt fast. The two inches we got day before yesterday is gone already. Spring is taking her time. She’s certainly not rushing into anything. It’s not just here that spring is late. I have friends in the lower 48 with feet of snow also in their yards.

So I was hiking up a logging road in the Hundred Mile Wilderness in order to connect to the Appalachian Trail. (I was being dropped off because I was slack packing). I heard a noise in the woods and I thought it was a bear huffing at me but I couldn’t find the bear. I heard the noise again. Now I thought that maybe it was a grouse. I couldn’t wrap my head around what the sound was. Then I heard it again. It was a low growling, rumbling sound. It was a large cat! I started to get really scared. I called back to Shaw’s and Poet said there are lynx up here. There were plenty of new cat prints in the mud. It rained the night before. This was a big cat. Prolly a cougar. She had kittens with her. She growled a fourth warning at me and I didn’t hear her again after I got to the trail. She followed me for a half a mile. It was the scariest thing I’ve experienced on trail. She was just warning me. I only heard her move in the woods once behind me. I never saw her. Whew!
