Happy Memorial Weekend!!

ENJOY YOUR MEMORIAL WEEKEND!
Enjoy a fabulous weekend and prioritize pool safety. REMEMBER, WHEN EVERYONE IS WATCHING, NO ONE IS WATCHING.
To minimize risks, follow these pool safety tips:
1. Assign a responsible person to constantly supervise the pool, avoiding phone use and alcohol consumption while keeping track of the number of swimmers.
2. Remove large flotation devices when the pool is crowded to maintain clear visibility. Large floatation devices can also push an inexperienced swimmer under the water.
3. Wait for food to digest before returning to the water.
4. Drink plenty of water and apply sunscreen regularly.

Happy New Year!!
In addition to AquariUs Swimming, I've taught water fitness for over 30 years. I'm curious to know the interest for a stretch & strengthen class, not in the water, taught once or twice a week. The class would be held in west Lancaster. What are your thoughts??
