Before she even arrives, she’s already completed her own stretching and mobility routine so she can come in ready to work!

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: ROB ⭐️

If you know Rob, you know he’s one of the funniest people in the room. He’s always cracking jokes, keeping us up to date on classic rock, and bringing a great energy to every session.

But one of the things we admire most about Rob is his resilience.

After multiple surgeries and plenty of physical setbacks, he continues to show up, work hard, and challenge himself with whatever his body allows that day.

Whenever we ask the class, “How’s everyone feeling?” Rob usually gives us a look and reminds us that, according to him, “Everything always hurts.” 😂 But he’s still here — training, laughing, and putting in the work.

Rob, we’re incredibly proud of your consistency, your resilience, and the attitude you bring into the gym. We’re lucky to have you as part of the Strong Republic community. 💪

🌟 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: JOHN 🌟

John has been such a fun member to train! He is consistent, shows up ready to work, and always takes his time to focus on his form and do things correctly.

He is also absolutely hilarious and will be the first to tell you—very bluntly—which exercises are his favorites and which ones he could happily live without 😂

John’s humor and energy make every session more enjoyable, but underneath all the jokes is someone who continues to show up, put in the work, and stay committed. We always have such a good time training with you, John! 💪
