Scientists have been telling us for years that we need to engage all the different parts of our brain and senses in order to stay young. “Use it or lose it” couldn’t be farther from the truth now that I’m 60!!

Music and dance make me happy, and just like golf and pickleball I’ll never “turn pro.”

But there are so many benefits to all the activities that I engage in, so I fill my non-working hours with all the things that keep my brain and body fit (and bring me joy)
