This picture means more to me than just a transformation. ❤️
The girl on the left was over 200 lbs, uncomfortable, frustrated, and honestly overwhelmed trying to figure out where to start. The girl on the right is 140 lbs, stronger, healthier, more confident… but still a work in progress every single day. 💪
I didn’t lose 60 lbs through quick fixes, starvation, or some “magic” solution. I did it by learning how to make smarter food choices, counting calories, staying consistent, and figuring out what foods worked best for my body. That process took time, patience, and a lot of TRIAL and ERROR!
Recently, I also completed a 30-day detox with and it was honestly very eye-opening. Part of the reason I did the detox was to help with issues with severe bloating and distention and it absolutely helped. I could talk about my stomach issues all day but that’s the quick version of what I’ve been going through for the last few years. The focus wasn’t on starving yourself — it was about fueling your body with all-natural healthy foods, lean proteins, healthy fats like avocado and olive oil, fruits, and creating healthier habits overall. It reminded me how important nutrition truly is when it comes to feeling your best physically and mentally. 🥑🍓🥗
One thing I’ve learned through this journey is that what works for one person does NOT necessarily work for someone else. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and weight loss. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people find what works best for THEM — in a realistic and sustainable way.
