Last week at this time I had just closed out an amazing event - New Year, New Her. I hosted this empowHERing yoga event at the invitation of my friends at . The creative culinary goddess crafted a full vegan meal. We burned blocks, flowed our yoga to empowHERing beats, set intentions, and enjoyed the company of New friends. I could not have asked for a better evening. Truly blessed, y'all!

Whether you have a desire to start a yoga practice, need a place to continue an established practice, or are just curious about yoga, we invite you to join us at the Palm Harbor EmpowHERment location for karma (aka FREE) yoga classes every Thursday from 10-11. All levels welcome, mats and blocks provided.
