Kids are out of school here - lots of moms are staying up later than usual - schedules are changing- we know we SHOULD still keep our health a priority - but so many distractions make it harder!

Remember - YOU need to keep strong and healthy to keep up with those kids! Mentally too! Schedule those workouts in! Do not say "I should workout today". Make it happen!

20-30 minutes is better than NO minutes! Lift some weight!!! 💪

Yes it annoys me when I hear influencers say something is a waste of time.

Heavy resistance/weight-bearing training remains the gold standard for actually increasing bone density.

Pilates IS more low-impact and it is great for improving balance, posture, mobility, and fall prevention — which are critically important for osteoporosis patients since falls lead to fractures!!

Bottom line: the evidence is still emerging and mostly supports Pilates as a complementary therapy rather than a REPLACEMENT for weight-bearing exercise (even your sculpt classes ladies - because of progressive overload!)

A combination of both heavy weights AND PIlates is IDEAL!!!!

The thing I get most asked about is how on earth do you just get up so early every morning. My alarm is set for 4:45. I do tend to just lay there for five minutes - sometimes I jump out of bed but usually it's more of a drag out of bed.

I'm just like you I don't love to get up early, but it's the only way I can get a workout in! 💪 Yes, I work at the studio all day, but that doesn't mean I work out all day! So when I am not working out with you guys at 6 AM, I have to figure it out another time, which is tough for me on Thursdays and Fridays!

I just make it happen. It's a nonnegotiable. 🔨

But this is my morning boring routine every single morning!

Watching this girl get stronger and more consistent has been so rewarding. ❤️

At 16 years old, she’s already learning something most people don’t figure out until much later — strength isn’t built from motivation. It’s built from consistency.

That’s always been my goal as a coach. Not quick fixes. Not exhausting people into burnout. Real strength. Real habits. Real progress.

And yes, starting young is amazing. But the best time to start taking care of yourself is now — no matter your age.

These are just a few of the results the women inside my 6 week online program are already seeing — and honestly, I couldn’t be more excited about it. ❤️

This program was created for women who want real training, real structure, and real progress… without needing to live at the gym or figure it all out alone.

It’s basically me coaching you from your living room. The workouts, the guidance, the progression, and the accountability are built the same way I coach my in-person clients. These are my workouts that I do myself, the ones I do with clients, and they work! Of course, nothing works without consistency, good nutrition, and good support, which is what we provide in the private Facebook community. I go live in there every week and if you can't make it, you watch the recording, but I'm loving the time with the ladies!

The truth is, my in-person schedule is pretty maxed out these days. There are only so many hours in the day. This program is how I can finally help more women outside the studio while still giving them the coaching and structure that actually works.

Not only did she save me during by providing me with a place to live for six months - but if I keep giving her these heavy weights to lift she could probably kick my butt! GO ! Super strong at 70 and getting stronger every day!
