✨6 months, -16 pounds & -4 inches later ✨
January 1st I was officially done pumping and jumped into a cut 🙌
I won’t lie- I had amazing consistency Jan & Feb. come March we started looking for a house, bought a house and had to move all while working full time & taking care of my twins
March & April I slacked more than I would have liked. I did my best but didn’t see a ton of progress- and that’s OKAY!
Since we have settled in our house & built our home gym, my consistency got better 🤗
Even with our road trip this past May, I still managed to stay 77% consistent which I am proud of
Today marks my 30th birthday and also 6 weeks until our big family vacation 🤭
So I am using that as some motivation to kick fat loss into gear 👀
I am keeping my calories & macros the same from when I started in January
But I am going to increase my step goal from 6k minimum to 8k minimum
I will lift with intensity 4X/week
I plan to LOCK in! I want to hit 90% consistency 🤞
Last year during vacation I was super pregnant, sprained my foot within 18 hours & had to rent a wheelchair 🤦♀️
This year I want to be confident feeling good and looking good!
I know I’ve built some muscle during these past 6 months which the scale does not reflect!
Today’s weigh in: 189.6 pounds
Waist: 39 inch
