✨20lbs down since January ✨

I eat the same meals over & over 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s easy

I know it tastes good

Minimal prep

And it makes me feel good 🙌

Being a mom of twins, I am busy as you can image!

I really just don’t have the time to figure out a macro friendly meal every night

So I just eat the same meals in rotation 😋

Don’t fix something that isn’t broke !!

✨A typical day w/my twins✨

We thrive on routine! Every day is kind of the same unless we have an appointment- and I love it!

Some people get tired of doing the same thing day after day but honestly I love it. I love knowing what the plan is & what’s next!

Basically my girls sleep, eat, play and repeat 😂

I’m blessed to have a great WFH job that allows me to take care of my babies & watch them grow daily 🥰

Life is good 🫶

✨6 months, -16 pounds & -4 inches later ✨

January 1st I was officially done pumping and jumped into a cut 🙌

I won’t lie- I had amazing consistency Jan & Feb. come March we started looking for a house, bought a house and had to move all while working full time & taking care of my twins

March & April I slacked more than I would have liked. I did my best but didn’t see a ton of progress- and that’s OKAY!

Since we have settled in our house & built our home gym, my consistency got better 🤗

Even with our road trip this past May, I still managed to stay 77% consistent which I am proud of

Today marks my 30th birthday and also 6 weeks until our big family vacation 🤭

So I am using that as some motivation to kick fat loss into gear 👀

I am keeping my calories & macros the same from when I started in January

But I am going to increase my step goal from 6k minimum to 8k minimum

I will lift with intensity 4X/week

I plan to LOCK in! I want to hit 90% consistency 🤞

Last year during vacation I was super pregnant, sprained my foot within 18 hours & had to rent a wheelchair 🤦‍♀️

This year I want to be confident feeling good and looking good!

I know I’ve built some muscle during these past 6 months which the scale does not reflect!

Today’s weigh in: 189.6 pounds
Waist: 39 inch

Let’s see what happens 💪

✨Every choice you make matters✨

I’m almost 10 months postpartum with twins and I strength train 3-4 days/week, track my food in a calorie deficit and have a step goal

I was super fit pre pregnancy and still worked out as much as I could while pregnant 🏋️‍♀️

Being postpartum- I had a choice. Either stay at my pregnancy weight or lose it

Fitness is a journey. And journeys will always have bumps in the road & detours. But, if you want to hit your goal, you’ll find a way around the obstacle 🤗

I work 40 hours a week while taking care of my twins all by myself 💪

I’m tired

I’m burnt out

But I refuse to give up on myself 🥰

I could easily just say “I don’t have time for fitness” and stay stuck where I am

Or

I could find a different path to get me to where I want to be 🙌

My biggest struggle was getting to the gym

So I I spent money & invested in an at home gym

I started meal planning & prepping again

I made a new routine to include a 30 min morning walk

I started taking accountability for my actions

And I still have bumps in the roads some days. It’s HARD

But I refuse to give up on myself because I want to hit my goal SO BAD 🙌

So next time you feel like quitting you need to ask yourself- how bad do I actually want it?
