Family, fitness, and full circle moments 💪

Had the opportunity to train my older sister while she was down here in Florida getting ready for the Alpha Games — dialing in her performance, sharpening the details, and making sure she was ready to compete. At the same time, I was working with my little sister remotely, building her a customized program so she could prepare from wherever she was.

Different paths, same goal… and it all came together.

They teamed up for the Doubles Alpha Games this past weekend and absolutely crushed it — but more importantly, they had FUN doing it. That’s what it’s all about.

Proud of both of them for trusting the process, putting in the work, and showing up. Let’s keep building 📈

We’ve built a community that goes far beyond fitness—a place where real relationships are formed and lives are impacted. We’re here to guide, to listen, and to support our athletes in every way we can.

Whether it’s advice, perspective, or just being someone they can talk to when life gets tough, we take that role seriously. There are moments to coach, and there are moments to step in as a mentor, a leader, and a steady presence.

We genuinely care about every single person who walks through our doors—and we wouldn’t be here without you. 🤝

Happy National Women’s Day to all the incredible women in my life! Every single one of you plays a special role, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have such an amazing group of women around me.

Nala, my beautiful baby! You are the best dog daughter a dad could ever ask for — the laziest, most loving little lioness in the world!

Rara showed me what it’s like to travel the world and taught me to appreciate the history and beauty in everything.

Michele is one of the kindest people I know and always brings so much laughter and joy into my life.

Aliyah is my mini-me, and we’ve always had such a special bond ever since the day you were born.

Danielle has been the best older sister a brother could ever ask for and is always my biggest cheerleader.

My mom is my world. Without you, I have no idea where I would be. You taught me patience, empathy, and how to truly care for others.

And finally, my love — my better half — the woman I cannot live without. Every single day with you is a blessing, and I can’t wait to keep building, growing, and dominating this life with you by my side every step of the way. 💙

P.S. RIP my beautiful grandmother, Anita Gormeley. The strongest woman I’ve ever met. I love and miss you more every day.

Madelyn and Reid have been absolutely dominating their workouts since coming to Kingdom! They’ve both gotten faster, stronger, and have developed into more well-rounded athletes in their respective sports. The combination of functional strength training and a strong emphasis on proper technique across all motor skills has made the biggest difference in their performance.
