The best thing we can do for ourselves is to take one step at a time towards better health. Lots of people get lost along the way or burnt out when they go from 0 to 100! The best thing you can do for yourself is making little changes slowly but surely into a better lifestyle.
Some examples would be:
-Trying to workout 4 times a week if you usually do 2 per week. This is a better and easier goal to achieve than striving for all 6 or 7 workouts, because it will end up possibly putting you in a negative mindset where you look down on what you were able to accomplish that week.
-Changing small pieces of your diet and not a complete 180 u turn. Its way easier to start adapting your eating habits one meal and one snack at a time then it is to do a completely switch up of your day to day eating. Some people may be able to, however the majority works better through the step by step process!
These are just some small things to keep in mind before you make a huge leap that will burn you out for another chunk of time towards your fitness and health goals!
