DID YOU KNOW?

God calls us to honor him through our mind, body and spirit. It is up to us to be intentional about how we do that.

Get Up and Praise! gives you an opportunity to surround yourself with good Christian people who are just trying to figure out life and honor God in the same way! It is completely judgement free and all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to come!

(Yes this means kids are welcome too!)

We will be out here for just prayer and worship if the weather is not ideal and will still workout if it is!
