Teen Titans is our structured strength training program designed specifically for middle and high school students who want to get stronger, move better, and build confidence whether they play sports or not.

No experience required. Beginners welcome.

🗓 CLASS SCHEDULE
11:00 AM – Monday & Friday�(Homeschool-friendly time)
3:00 PM – Monday through Thursday�(After-school training)
6:15 PM – Tuesday & Wednesday�(Evening option)
Small group setting for coaching, accountability, and community.
