When I wanted to change my life I realized I needed to change my mind, influence and community. I realized If I didn’t do things differently and hangout with people who live differently I would never become new. So I did. 4 years ago my life changed dramatically. Now we work together to impact others. It’s important for us to impact the adults in this world because it will become a Dominoe effect on the kids.

If we don’t lead ourselves well our kids aren’t projected to out live us. Obesity is at 66% in this country and it must change.
It’s amazing what a little love, support, teaching and teamwork can do.

Proud to be on the mission to change the nutrition habits and lifestyles of the world. We all have what it takes to become more we just need the right team and system.
