A lot of people are nervous before their first Krav Maga class. They worry they’re not in shape enough, too old, too small, or that everyone else will know what they’re doing.

Then they walk into a class like this: 8 men and 8 women in our beginner program.

Some were brand new. Some have been training for a few months.

Everyone helped each other, encouraged each other, and got a little better than they were when they walked in.

That’s what Krav Maga is supposed to be.

Real self-defense. Real people. A supportive environment where you can learn skills that might one day make a difference for yourself or someone you love.

Come try a free class. You might just end up staying a while.
