Dance Theater of Florida

Dance Theater of Florida Dance Theater of Florida is a non-profit dance company located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Dance Theater of Florida was founded with several objectives in mind. First, is to offer professional training for students who are interested in pursuing a career in dance by presenting an opportunity for these dancers to perform their craft in a professional environment. Secondly, to offer our community opportunities to experience a variety of dance forms. The final objective is to offer the und

erserved groups in our area and surrounding communities the chance to experience performing arts that would normally be out of reach due to logistic and/or financial issues. Florida School for Dance Education is the dedicated practice facility for Dance Theater of Florida, which is based in Palm Beach Gardens. FSDE encompasses almost 20,000 square feet in a space unlike any other in Palm Beach County. Florida School for Dance Education has an open-enrollment program for children ages 2-12, a pre-professional training program for students ages 12-20, and classes that cater to all ages and skill sets.
