The Full-Out TEST for the Building Bootcamp Easy Circuit is LIVE on the TumblFit website!

Once you make it through the Easy Circuit, then you test yourself with this episode: all three circuits, the warm-up, and the finisher, no breaks. This is where you really strengthen your ability to perform well under fatigue and stimulate that feeling of doing full-outs 🏅

Once you make it through this episode, you will move onto the MEDIUM CIRCUIT- releasing next Monday! Different circuits, more reps, more challenging stunts.
