Growing baby Mia while getting stronger every week š„¹š¤
Fabienne started training with us during week 12 of her pregnancy and getting to be part of her journey has been so special. Pregnancy is never linear. Some weeks feel amazing, some weeks feel exhausting, and some weeks require constant modifications and adjustments. Thatās exactly why having support and programming that evolves with your body matters so much.
āI started working with Jessica and Emily during week 12 of my pregnancy and itās been an amazing journey! The program is so effective and really well tailored to each stage of pregnancy. Emily and Jessica are amazing and so fun to workout with! I feel so blessed to know them and have them on my side during this journey!
I love the weekly check-ins and that they always adjust my workouts if needed to accommodate all the crazy pregnancy symptoms/pain I dealt with. Canāt wait for the postpartum journey with Mess In Progress!ā š¤
