Merry Christmas 🎁 we hope you had a wonderful time off and are ready to get back to it. We will have AM bootcamp Monday December 30th, Gym will be closed Tuesday December 31st No PM B3 and fully closed January 1st. January 2nd we will have AM and PM bootcamp.

🎗️ Donation Drive for Candlelighters of Brevard 🎗️

Crossfit Palm Bay is starting a donation drive to support Candlelighters of Brevard. This amazing organization helps children battling cancer and their families by providing emotional support and financial assistance. This is a chance for all of us to make a difference.

📦 Donation Box Drop-Off (Envelopes will be provided)

The donation box will be at the gym starting this week. It is ready for anything you can give to help these families.

Let’s show how our gym community comes together to support others through kindness and generosity. Every donation makes a difference.

Hurricane Milton Update

Due to Hurricane Milton, the following schedule changes are in effect:

* Tuesday, October 8, 2024: No 4:00pm Open Gym, and no 5:00pm or 6:00pm classes. This will allow us time to prepare the gym for the storm.

* Wednesday, October 9: Closed for all classes, Open Gym and TAC-FIT.

* Thursday, October 10: Closed for all classes and Open Gym.

We hope to return to our regular schedule on Friday, October 11, but please stay tuned for any updates. Stay safe!
