We are deeply saddened by the tragedy that occurred at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena in Rhode Island yesterday.

Hockey is family. Rinks are supposed to be places where kids grow, compete, and chase big dreams — not where heartbreak happens.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families, teammates, and the entire community during this incredibly difficult time.

Dumbell Circuit:
• Single arm sn**ch x10 each
• Single leg dead lift x10 each
• Goblet squat and press x10
• Reverse lunge and curl x10 each
• Jumping jacks x20

- Complete each exercise right after the other in sequence
- Repeat 4x
