One HECK of a FitFam. ❤️‍🔥

The sun was shining ☀️, the temps were perfect, and THE HILL was waiting. 😈⛰️

Three coaches came together, each bringing their own style, and this crew showed up ready for ALL OF IT!

Sweat was poured. Legs were tested. Calories were definitely NOT on holiday. 😂🔥

Great collaboration. Great energy. GREAT people.

🚨 TOMORROW: BODY SHOP’S TRAIN CRAWL! 🚨

The countdown is ON! 🍻🚂 Here are a few important details to help you get ready for tomorrow:

🚆 Train leaves Palatine Station at 11:24 AM and we’ll be heading to Crystal Lake for our first stop!

🎟️ Train Pass: We recommend purchasing a Day Pass for $7.50 so you can easily get around for the day.

🅿️ Parking: You can park in the parking garage next to the Palatine train station. Parking is FREE on weekends!

🥂 Bring your drinks! You’re welcome to bring your own drinks on the train to enjoy with us on the way to our first stop. 🍹
