We are still without power at the gym.

Rather than canceling, tonight's 7:00 PM class will be moved OFFSITE and will begin at 6:00 PM instead.

Who wants to walk in the Palatine 4th of July Parade with us?!?

Last year was an absolute blast! We laughed, danced, handed out goodies, represented Body Shop, and spent the morning celebrating our community together.

This isn't a workout... but it is a chance to show up, have fun, and represent the best FitFam around. ❤️🤍💙

Bring the kids, bring your spouse, bring your patriotic spirit, and let's fill the streets with Body Shop energy!

🌩️ Mother Nature had other plans today...

Due to the storms, the gym is currently without power, so our 5:30 PM Bootcamp is canceled 😞

We're keeping an eye on things and will make a decision on our 7:00 PM class by 6:30 PM.

Stay tuned, stay safe, and cross those fingers that the lights come back on! 🤞⚡️

Sweaty. Tired. Grateful. 🇺🇸

Today’s workout hit different.

Not because it was 2 hours. Not because it was hard. But because Memorial Day reminds us that freedom came with a price paid by brave men and women who never got the chance to come home.

Today we moved with purpose. We trained with gratitude. And we remembered the fallen. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who spent part of their Memorial Day with us today.
