From the Fitness Plus staff, we want to congratulate michiko Arnold for success at Kentucky Muscle yesterday. She completed the competition with 455 total. She is a hardworking and dedicated power lifter here at Fitness Plus. You always know she's in the gym because she's always giving it her all with stacking the weights each rep at a time. She is by far the strongest female member who works out at our facility and that's something to be proud of! Glad we can call her one of our own!
