What a weekend for Firecrackers-Delong 16U! 🔥🥎

The girls wrapped up the day with 2 more wins, outscoring their opponents 12-3 and finishing the KGF Fall Showcase with a 4-1 record!

Over the course of the weekend, this team was outstanding:

* 34 runs scored
* 13 runs allowed
* 42 total hits
* 19 strikeouts in the circle

Proud of the way these girls competed all weekend long — tough, focused, and ready to battle every game. Great job by the entire team! 💪

🔥 FIRECRACKERS-DELONG 16U FINISH 2-1 AT THE KGF FALL SHOWCASE! 🔥

After dropping the opening game to a very tough Louisville Stunners team, these girls responded in a BIG way.

💥 They came back and won their next 2 games by a combined score of 22-3!

That’s the kind of response you love to see — shake off the first one, compete hard, and finish the day strong. Proud of the fight, energy, and toughness this group showed all day!

🔥 Final 2 games: 22 runs scored, only 3 allowed

The work continues. This group is just getting started!

They back at tomorrow at 1:40 to play Unity-Georgetown. Then at 3:05 they take on Unity-Crickard.

🏆 CONGRATULATIONS FIRECRACKERS 14U — KCU TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS! 🧨🥎

What a weekend for these girls!

The Firecrackers 14U had to be at the field at 7:00 AM and came out ready to work, playing two games back-to-back in pool play. They battled through both games, came away 2-0, and earned the #1 overall seed heading into bracket play! 💪🔥

Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans. 🌧️ The rain moved in and forced the remainder of the tournament to be canceled, which meant that after earning the top seed with their performance on the field, the Firecrackers 14U were declared KCU Tournament Champions! 🏆🧨

These girls earned it! Proud of the way they showed up early, competed, played together, and took care of business.
