Big big upgrades at Painted Post.

It's not a trick of the camera, the row machine is LARGE. Perfect for chest supported rows, bent over rows and RDLs.

Leg extension/curl assembled. It came as a Lego kit and was 4 hours of assembly.

Outer/inner is next. We got the frame together but we need to make some.moves to make it fit.
