We are still progressing! I haven't been taking many pictures or making many posts, but that's because we're focused on getting things done!

Just to address a consistent rumor - this is our SECOND location. Our original Corning Painted Post location is not being closed, nor moving. As a matter of fact, it's getting some upgrades in this deal. 💪💪

Flooring is down. ✅
Cameras are up. ✅
Internet is in. ✅
Locker rooms are started. ⏳
And we are finalizing the layout for the cardio area. ⏳

Once cardio is laid out, we start to free up space to plan and place all of our free weights and plate loaded machines.

Then we start planning the back areas of the gym, set out our selectorized equipment, install the 24/7 member access system and keep on moving.

We have made great progress, but we're not quite ready to give an ETA on the opening yet. Stay tuned! We will announce our opening with some SWEET pre-signup deals and offers!

🚨 BIG FACILITY UPDATE 🚨

We’ve been hard at work making some major upgrades at The Bar Training Facility… and we’re excited to finally share them with the community.

✔️ Back windows have officially been removed
✔️ A secure perimeter fence and viewing platform has been installed
✔️ New public-facing dispensers now stocked with:
– Peanut M&M’s
– Sour Patch Kids
– Bits of muffin
– And other premium sugary performance enhancers

That’s right — The Bar is now more accessible than ever. The community can now experience the action, the intensity, and the raw energy of the gym without even needing a membership.

Bring the family and bring the kids! For 25 cents, everyone can experience the thrill and joy of feeding a weightlifter!

We believe fitness should be observed… like a zoo.

⚠️ Safety Reminders:
– Please do NOT tap on the glass (we removed it for a reason)
-Do NOT make direct eye contact. The larger the person, the more likely direct eye contact will be seen as a challenge to their authority and provoke a response.
– Do NOT feed the lifters anything not provided in the dispensers
– Absolutely NO children allowed to fall into the enclosure (we are currently OUT of tranquilizers and cannot guarantee retrieval)
