We’re excited to announce NEW TAI CHI CLASSES at Fight Science Academy! 🎉

Designed specifically for ages 50+, these classes will focus on San Soo Cantonese Forms and are a great way to stay active, improve balance, movement, and strength while learning an incredible martial art. 🙌

Master Edward Mattson is considering bringing Tai Chi classes for adults 55 and older to Fight Science Academy!

The idea is to offer classes two evenings a week — a great way to work on balance, flexibility, strength, relaxation, and overall well-being, while enjoying a fun and welcoming environment. ❤️
