🧘🌻I began my healing journey with Cindy Houston Pilates in December 2024, after suffering from chronic pain for four years following a serious car accident. I had tried so many therapies- physical, red light, massage, chiropractic care, and functional medicine but nothing brought me lasting relief. That all changed when I started attending Cindy’s Pain-Free Living classes.
I began with her MELT Method classes three times a week, which gently release fascia, the body’s connective tissue. GAME CHANGER! Within just five weeks, I felt well enough to add a Pilates class to my routine. These classes helped me rebuild my core and full-body strength, something I hadn’t been able to do in years. I gradually added more Pilates classes, and now, just five months later, I’m attending four classes a week!
Cindy also introduced a powerful new fascia release technique from Human Garage that has taken my healing to a whole new level. It’s truly a whole-body transformation. I never imagined I could feel this good again. One of my passions is mountain biking, which I had completely given up after the accident. I’m thrilled to say I went on my first ride last week!
