A huge THANK YOU to The Forge Gymnastics coaches! 🤸‍♀️💙

Over the summer, six of our Company dancers had opportunities to work with gymnastics coaches at The Forge on acrobatic elements for dance competition season. We’re so grateful for their willingness to welcome our dancers into the gym, understand what they were working toward, and use their gymnastics expertise to help them develop the skills they needed safely and confidently.

From dancer and teacher to helping launch Expressions School of the Arts and serving as its Executive Director, Katrina has been an important part of PSDA’s story—and we’re so glad she continues to share her love of dance with our students!

This season, Katrina is teaching **Jazz 1**, bringing together foundational technique, rhythm, musicality, and the pure joy of dance. 🎶✨

We’ve added a Creative Movement Workshop with Miss Courtney for our tiniest dancers—and at just $10, it’s seriously a STEAL!

Our Youth Sports Giving Day Goal: $5,000! ❤️

PSDA has set a goal to raise **$5,000** to invest directly back into our dancers and studio through:

💙 **Studio Programming** — installation of safer dance flooring, updated sound equipment, training equipment and other studio improvements.

❤️ **Performances** — Helping offset the cost of venues, costumes, props and production expenses to help keep the cost of dance lower for families.

💛 **Scholarships** — Supporting our Tuition Assistance Fund and helping remove financial barriers for youth who want to participate in dance.

**Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day starts September 1**, with matching and incentive funds that can make your donation go even further!

📅 **Mark your calendar for Sept. 1 — especially 6 PM MT!**
