Good morning and happy monday everyone! Coach Austin here, we will be in st Louis for another competition if anyone else wants to go on short notice! That is nov 8th! ALSO tomorrow our friend garrett gross is starting his classes to.orrow at rise performance 618 and i will be going up there to help him get going! Everyone is welcome to come and if you cant then feel free to go use the mats at headquarters 😀 also remember bjj classes have been pushed back to 7pm starting times going forward :)

Would just like to take a moment to say thank you to this wonderful community of ours ❤️

Owners Brandon Hayden and Austin Beyer have put their heart and souls into giving paducah the absolute best training facility possible. We have achieved so much in so little time and its all thanks to each and everyone of you all. From the day one guys and gals, the new sign ups, the incredible out of towners that stop in, and the wonderful parents, spouses, and significant others.

Our community at Apex is the reason for our success. Our athletes train hard and welcome everyone in with open arms. Our coaches work day and night crafting strategies, lessons plans, and getting to know each and every student so that they can be the best they can be.
