The Yard Sale Lady Too much stuff? Where to begin? Call me! I can help. Turn all that clutter in your house into cash. SO, why would you hire ME to help YOU have a YARD SALE?

It isn't rocket science, you've done it before OR you would rather just donate and take a tax deduction. What can the YARD SALE LADY do for you that you can't do for yourself? Having a yard sale is a big undertaking. I make it easier. Here are the skills I bring to the sale:
-Organization (your sale is easier to shop)
-Supplies! (racks, hangers tables, price tags, etc.)
-SIGNS
-Creativity
-TIMING

I can make your sale work ANY time of the year!
-Pricing (not too high, not too low, just right)
-FREE marketing (I handle the advertising!)
-SKILZ! (I can recognize the stuff that has no business being sold at a yard sale and find another way to sell it.)
-Clean-up! If you have ever had a yard sale, you know this is the worst. I'll make sure this time it won't be.
-Fun! I am fun to work with, for the most part.
-Results Get the clutter gone and the money in your hand!
-You pay me from what you make...so it's a painless wage!
-You will still get to donate and get a tax receipt at the end if you choose because we will donate the leftovers! If you let me, we can work together to get you more room in your house and more PHAT in your wallet.

THREE ladders, have you priced new ladders? Great side chairs, table and chairs, saw horses, bedroom suite, two beds. Coolers, styrofoam and vintage. Chairs, paperweights, cut glass, crystal, tiny animal figurines, desks, really nice office chair, so much stuff!

Prices are starting points, I love bargaining, always make an offer.😁

We will open the doors promptly at 8 am all three days. We will not be opening any earlier to give our volunteers time to arrive and get settled. Thank you!

We have everything, lots of kid's toys, clothing of every size and lots of shoes! Furniture, dishes, antiques, collectibles, bikes, camping gear, tools. Too much to list. I'll post more pictures soon.

Please help us spread the word. Sale is in the fellowship hall behind the church, entrance is on the carport side, not the playground side.

This is a fundraiser for the Reidland Church missions fund. Please come out and buy it all so this church can deliver food and health care to people who need it.🌞🙏❤️
