A throwback to the old dojo with Sensei Gerry and the Wilson brothers, Don & James, of Traditionz Sports Apparel where Sensei was a distributor. Before the business connection, there was already friendship, respect, and a shared love for martial arts.

Unearthed countless memories in this carousel celebrating the Traditionz apparel with our “The Dragon Crew.”

🎶🥋From dojo spirit to blues rock soul, today’s grand opening has some special guests.

We’re excited to welcome Tim Baker and Andy Kimbel to the Gerry Blanck Dojo Grand Opening today - 542 Palisades Drive at 6 pm! Tim Baker is a celebrated blues harmonica player known for his soulful performances and decades of bringing blues music to audiences across the country.

Joining him is acclaimed acoustic guitarist and singer-songwriter Andy Kimbel, whose blues, folk, and Americana style has earned him a loyal following for more than 30 years.

Fun fact: Tim Baker also performs with actor and musician Tim Russ, best known to Star Trek fans as Tuvok from Star Trek: Voyager. Russ has also appeared in films including Spaceballs and Crossroads.

And if you enjoy what you hear tonight, be sure to check out Blues Rock Night with Tim Baker & Tim Russ Crew on June 26 at Visionarium in Pasadena.

🇺🇸🥋This Memorial Day, we honor courage. On June 1st, we open our doors with that same spirit.

We remember the men and women who gave everything for our country. Their strength, service, and sacrifice remind us what it means to keep going and stand for something bigger than ourselves.

On June 1st, Gerry Blanck Dojo opens its doors again in Pacific Palisades.

We would love to see our students, families, friends, and neighbors there.
