Basketball isn’t won in the weight room—but it can be lost because you’re not prepared for the physical demands of the game.

Starting June 8, this 3-week strength training camp is designed specifically for high school basketball athletes who want to gain an edge on the court.

Train in the weight room with a current 3-year collegiate basketball player and gain firsthand insight into the strength training, explosiveness, and movement development needed to excel on the court.

✅ Increase vertical jump to improve finishing at the rim

✅ Improve first-step explosiveness to create separation

✅ Develop strength to finish through contact

✅ Improve defensive quickness and change of direction

✅ Build durability + learn to reduce injury risk

✅ Increase confidence through physical preparation

Every exercise is selected to improve movements that show up in games—not just to lift heavier weights.

What to Expect:
✔️ Strength-focused workouts
designed to build muscle and confidence
✔️ Two class workouts each week,
targeting specific muscle groups

Just learning to lift well and get stronger.

based on your experience level
