Today I celebrate the 3rd Anniversary of a Bilateral (Double) Lung Transplant.
By the Grace of GOD & In-Line Fitness, I’m doing very well! Much better than many of my peers that have undergone the same procedure & better than I ever expected. I am enrolled in Silver Sneakers Yoga & Fitness Classes. Much of my Flexibility & Strength is returning. Before these classes, I had lost all coordination and balance. Much of this is coming back. My physical stability and mental health has improved dramatically! I believe In-Line Fitness has helped SAVE MY LIFE!
