“I’m most proud of both my b***y and abs. I’m also happy I’m cautious of what I eat now. It definitely helps me get up in the morning feeling healthy and productive.”

“I wish I could’ve did more of my general cardio workouts.”

“I’m most proud of myself on pushing myself everyday with the workout and meal pre. My motivation kept me moving and not losing my confidence within myself.”

“I could have done better on being more consistent with my meal prep and push even harder on my workouts. “

“My motivation to continue this journey is for my health and to be able to run and keep up with meek (my soon to be 7-yr old daughter).”

I get asked all the time how sFit Zoom bootcamps are…Then I constantly hear 👂🏼:

“Zoom workouts aren’t for me”…..“I can’t do virtual training”…..“I need someone to push me”…..”I have to workout with weights or cardio machines”

Trust me when I say, 🗣🗣🗣 YOU DON’T NEED WEIGHTS OR CARDIO MACHINES, YOU WILL STILL GET PUSHED TO YOUR LIMITS AND GET A KICK ASS WORKOUT VIRTUALLY!!! Just ask any of my clients. Personally, I workout with my clients because we are ALL in this TOGETHER

💪🏽Try this workout yourself at home:
4 rounds: 40 sec on / 20 sec off – 1 minutes rest between each sets

-Quick feet (in-out)
-Pulse squat (20sec), squat hold (20sec)
-Half burpee
-Right Lateral Lunge + Squat Jump
-Left Lateral Lunge + Squat Jump
-Right Side Plank + Hip Hikes
-Left Side Plank + Hip Hikes
-Plank Skiers

When things get tough and you feel as though your back is against the wall, just remember WHY you started. This happens to the best of us, I can't tell you how many times I've been in this position.....where quitting felt like the only option, where defeat was the only feeling in my gut.

REMEMBER

WHY you started and WHY you want it in the first place! KEEP pushing forward; place one foot in front of the other and WORK toward your goals, your aspirations, your dreams.

YOU WILL SUCCEED!!!
