Well, I didn't plan on creating this page n then breaking my back n being off the bike for months, but that's what happened!
sigh.
4 procedures later I'll be setting of metal detectors for the rest of my life!
Back to cycling...I'm healing and my latest build is running and ready to ride. The biggest hurdle short- term is loading/ unloading the bikes.
Gonna ride tomorrow with a couple of Mormon kids that have been walking Kong n Sheila.
They'll help load and I'll introduce them to the Beach/ Ojai Valley bike trail on e-bikes.

Well ive been laid up with a lower back flare-up...but, im ready (kinda) to ride again! Saturday morning, 11am, heading up Sulphur Mountain road on my Thickgurl. 8 5 miles up a fireroad with views of Ojai on one side, the Ocean n Channel Islands on the other! Bring water. Spare tube n tools. Steady climb up, nice loooooong descent! Meet up at the trailhead.
